The Foundation for Farmworkers and community leaders gathered at the beautiful and historic Mexican Cultural Institute of Washington DC for an evening reception fundraiser in support of farmworker families served by East Coast Migrant Head Start Project, our sister organization. The event included testimonials from farmworker DREAMers and live entertainment by the Homestead-Miami Mariachi Conservatory. Oyamel Cocina Mexicana provided delicious food and Tin Shop provided guests with drinks!
Thanks to your generous support, we were able to raise more than $70,000! Funds raised will help provide services and support for farmworker families to be free from fear of family separation, recover from disaster, and pursue higher education.
